That's the sentence that started EasyRentBD. Our founding team spent time with property owners in Dhaka and Chattogram and heard the same thing again and again: rent collection was manageable, but knowing the real number — profit, after every bill and repair — was almost always a guess.
So we built the tool we wished existed: one place to manage properties and tenants, generate and send invoices automatically, log every expense as it happens, and see a real profit figure every single month.
