Do tenants need to install anything?+

No. Tenants receive invoices by SMS or email and can pay through the link included — no app or account required on their end.

Can I move from spreadsheets without losing my history?+

Yes. Send us your existing tenant and rent records and our team will help you import them during setup, free of charge.

Is my financial data kept private?+

Yes. Your property, tenant and financial data is visible only to you and anyone you explicitly invite to your account.

What if I manage properties in more than one city?+

EasyRentBD handles properties across any number of cities in Bangladesh from a single account, with profit reports broken out per property.
